Our most affordable rooms are “250 Series” Screen Rooms.
This room is great for a family that wants to enjoy the outdoors without all of the negative parts of the outdoors.
Next we offer our “500 Series”. A 3-season patio room which has operating windows and doors with screens to keep out all types of weather but you do not plan to heat the room thru the winter months.
The “1000 Series”, is the type of Patio Room that you can spend the entire year in. This Patio Room comes with its own Heating & Cooling unit so that no matter what the weather is outside, you can enjoy the outdoors from the inside of your Patio Room.
All of our rooms can be built with either a Studio style or a full Gable style roof with shingles to match you existing home.
Any of our rooms can be built with either aluminum or wood construction which ever fits your budget or the style of your home.
